1. XY-44 is a core drilling machine, it can be widely used in the
carbide and diamond bits, engineering geological prospecing, the
basic pile foundation engineering in large diameter, water well
drilling.
2. With powerful drilling capacity, the rated drilling depth comes
up to 1,000m with wire line 71mm drill rod.
3. The drill is aligned a water brake for Steady and smooth deep
hole drilling.
4. Supplying oil with a simplex gear pump, it is easy for
installation and operation. The hand-operated oil pump can be put
in use to hoist the drilling tools in hole upon the power engine
failing to operate.
5. It is easy to get to know the conditions in hole with an
antivibration meter. Less in operating handles, the rig can be
operated credibly and flexibly.
Description:
1. XY-44 is a core drilling machine, more rational rang of rotating
is available and its rotating speed has 8 grades. With powerful
drilling capacity, the rated drilling depth comes up to 1,000m with
wire line 71mm drill rod.
2. The drill is aligned a water brake for Steady and smooth deep
hole drilling.
3. Supplying oil with a simplex gear pump, it is easy for
installation and operation; The hand-operated oil pump can be put
in use to hoist the drilling tools in hole upon the power engine
failing to operate.
3. With large spindle I.D. 80mm, the rig is fed with double
hydraulic cylinders with longer stroke up to 600mm. With strong
technological adaptability, the rig can be adapted on many field,
especially on large diameter drill rod drilling, with wire line
coring (upper part coring). Thus its more effective in improving
drilling efficiency with less incidents in hole.
4. It is easy to get to know the conditions in hole with an
antivibration meter. Less in operating handles, the rig can be
operated credibly and flexibly.
6. It is compact in construction, rational in overall arrangement,
moderate in weight, convenient in assembling and wide in range of
rotation speed.
