efficient drilling rate
4. The roller cones have high end sealed bearings; extremely high
quality tungsten carbide and diamond gauge protection throughout
the drill bit as well as skirt tail hard facing and optimized
hydraulics. These roller cone drill bits are designed to go to
extreme depths in extreme conditions and in situations where they
cannot fail.

Drilling Application
1. The 12 1/4” IADC 642 blasthole bits are designed for drilling
medium to hard formations, with rock compressive strength ranging
from 25,000 to 55,000 psi.
2. Formation drilled may consist of hard shale,
limestone,quartzite, slate and basalt.
