Discription:
1. The maximum through-hole of the through-hole power head reaches Φ145mm, which can clamp RJP and MJS drill rods to realize large
diameter and ultra-high pressure jet grouting operation.
2. The crane hoisting with effective height over 16m can realize
long-distance construction to the end without frequent dismantling
of drill rods, which greatly improves work efficiency and overcomes
the shortcomings of traditional RJP and MJS methods such as long
auxiliary working time and low efficiency.
3. Crawler chassis with automatic slewing support is easy to
displace and orifice, which further reduces the auxiliary working
time and improves the construction efficiency.
4. During the operation of RJP and MJS, through the flow control of
hardening material (cement slurry) and the monitoring and control
of a series of processes such as pressure conveying, jet cutting
and forced sludge discharge, large diameter piles and precise
foundation reinforcement can be realized, which has little
influence on the surrounding environment and foundation
disturbance, and the mud returned from the stratum can be
centralized managed with little impact on the environment.
5. The maximum output torque of the through-hole power head is
6000Nm, which has two speed ranges of 0-30rpm and 0-60rpm. Compared
with the same type of machine, the rotate speed range is wider, and
it has more adaptability in construction technology.
6. The maximum travel of the power head is 4000mm and the maximum
pull-out force is 10T. Compared with the effective drilling of the
same type, the drilling process is longer and the pull-out capacity
is larger, which can meet the construction requirements of deeper
hole-forming and pile-forming.
7. The drilling rig is equipped with a crawler chassis with a
two-speed walking motor, and connected with the main machine with
an automatic slewing supporting, so that the drilling operation is
fast and convenient.
8. The front leg of the drilling rig adopts the forward extension
structure. During the construction, the fulcrum of the drilling rig
extends forward, the support force of the hole center is more
concentrated, the construction and up and down drilling are more
stable.
9. The drilling rig is equipped with integrated cab, with cold and
warm air conditioning, monitoring display screen and operation
input panel integrated in the cab, which improves the operation
environment and instrument protection.
Application:
QJS-50L multi-function drilling rig is equipped with large-diameter
through-hole power head, heighten vice tower and superimposed
double crane hoisting. It adopts load-sensitive variable hydraulic
system. Through innovative electronic control technology, it
realizes the function of clamping large-diameter drill rod
long-distance fine-tuning step construction. It is especially
suitable for double high-pressure RJP construction method and
multi-tube MJS ultra-high-pressure jet grouting construction
method.
