Roller Cone Bits
1. Main structure features.
Hybrid drill bit technology combines roller cones and PDC fixed
cutters into a single, patented design to reduce drilling time and
trips in the most complex applications. With the rock-crushing
strength and stability of roller cones and the cutting superiority
and continuous shearing action of diamond bits, this technology
increases ROP, improves cuttings removal, and survives highly
interbedded formations with performance consistency and excellent
toolface control.

4. Structural features
1) Tungsten carbide carcass drill with high wear resistance and impact
resistance.
2) The parabolic crown maximizes the area of the chip flutes to
effectively clean the drill and improve the service life of the
drill.
3) Adopt hydraulic balance design, seven replaceable threaded
nozzles, and reasonable nozzle angle to obtain an ideal bottom hole
flow field, which can fully clean and cool the cutting teeth and
improve the working life of the cutting teeth.
4) Asymmetric blade arrangement to increase drilling balance.
5) Tooth profile, inclination angle, cloth tooth density
optimization, improved cutting tooth life, high-quality cutter
tooth combination, improved ROP and drilling efficiency.
6) Can be used for rotary table and downhole motor drilling.
7) It is recommended to use a high ratio water motor.
